That being said I hope we do get ds4 and however unlikely as it is i do hope isaac and carver survived (judging by what i've heard from the community its unlikely due to the ending of awakening and the fact that one of the plots involving ds4 involved playing as ellie) but a man can dream Personally at worst i see dead space as ehh serviceable but at best i really enjoy the lore it gave us in regards to things like the moon (the lore as a whole imo felt like it was at it's best in three since it was quite a lot in comparison to the rather sparse lore set about in 1 and 2) That being said I really loved ds3, i get why people don't like it per se but i feel like its massively overhated in the fandom for
I'm not trying to say dead space 3 is entirely innocent or anything of the sort, i just don't think it would have ever returned to the true horror that everyone really wanted.
